Srikanth’s collection in 4 days was 13.64 crores: ‘Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes’ did business of 14 crores
Rajkumar Rao’s film ‘Srikanth’ has done a business of Rs 13 crore 64 lakh in 4 days. Where on Sunday this film had collected Rs 5 crore 28 lakh. On the working day on Monday, it earned Rs 1 crore 69 lakh. This film got the highest audience in Hyderabad on the fourth day with 11.57% occupancy. The film got the highest occupancy of 49.33% from 75 shows held in Hyderabad. Benefiting from word of mouth, Rajkumar Rao, Jyotika and Alaya F starrer Srikanth has been directed by director Tushar Hiranandani. This is the biopic of industrialist Shrikant Bola. The film is gaining publicity through word of mouth. ‘Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes’ earned 131.2 million dollars globally. On the other hand, the collection of the Hollywood film ‘Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes’, released on Friday, saw a drop of 57% on Monday. Where on Sunday it had earned Rs 4 crore 30 lakh. On Monday, the film could do business of only Rs 1 crore 85 lakh. Its occupancy was 7.39. Globally, this film has so far collected 131.2 million dollars i.e. approximately Rs 1100 crore. The highest grossing Hindi film of the year is ‘Fighter’. The highest grossing Hindi film so far this year is ‘Hanuman’. It has collected Rs 350 crore worldwide. Talking about Bollywood, Hrithik Roshan starrer Fighter is at second place in this list with a global collection of Rs 337 crore. In this list, Malayalam film ‘Manjummal Boys’ is at third place and Ajay Devgan starrer ‘Shaitan’ is at fourth place.
