Even the Supreme Court has not yet come to any conclusion. Making a series on this without any decision is in itself contempt of court. One’s image cannot be tampered with in the name of freedom of speech and expression. That too of a person who is not in this world to present his side. Using scam word for props in the series is a criminal act. Sahara India family has not cheated anyone. Hansal Mehta had announced the series. Hansal Mehta had announced the third part of the scam series on 16 May. He told through tweet that this time he will bring the story of Subrata Roy Sahara. Hansal started the scam series in 2020. In the first part, he showed the story of Harshad Mehta, while in the second part, the story was based on the mastermind of stamp scam, Abdul Karim Telgi. Case of scam of Rs 24000 crore against Subrata Roy Subrata Roy Sahara started business in 1978 with Rs 2,000. Within no time he created an empire worth billions. At one time Sahara was one of the largest private companies in the country. People used to invest their money in this company. In 2014, the Supreme Court had asked Subrata Roy to return Rs 24,400 crore to investors. Subrata Roy died on 14 November 2023. The people working in his company used to call him Sahara Shri.
