The two got married as per Konkani customs on November 14, 2018, in Lake Como, Italy. Before marriage, both of them dated each other for 6 years. Their closeness increased in 2012 on the sets of the film ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela-Ramleela’ which was their first film together. Apart from ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ramleela’, Deepika and Ranveer have worked together in films like ‘Padmavat’, ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and ’83’. Apart from this, Deepika has also done a cameo in Ranveer’s film ‘Circus’. Soon both will also be seen in the film ‘Singham Again’. Pregnancy was announced in February: Deepika had announced her pregnancy by sharing a post in February this year and had written – September 2024.
