PSEB 10th Result 2024 likely on April 18; check passing marks, grading system and revaluation process here


Punjab Board Results 2024: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has some exciting news for students! The result for the Class 10th exam is expected to be declared on April 18, 2024. However, there is no official confirmation available from the board. Once declared, students can check their results on the official PSEB website: pseb.ac.in using their login credentials.
This year, over 2.97 lakh students appeared for the exams held from February 13 to March 6, 2024. In addition to the results, the board will also announce the toppers, overall pass percentage, and details about compartment exams and scrutiny during a press conference.
How to check PSEB Class 10 Result 2024?
Step 1. Visit the official website at pseb.ac.in
Step 2. On the homepage, click on the ‘PSEB 10th Result 2024’ link
Step 3. You will be redirected to a new page, enter your roll number and submit
Step 4. Your result will be displayed on the screen
Step 5. Download and take a printout of the result for future reference

Passing Marks
Candidates must secure a minimum passing mark of 33% to successfully clear the PSEB 10th Exam 2024.
Grading System
The Punjab Board uses a grading system with seven levels, ranging from the highest score, ‘A1,’ down to ‘D,’ the lowest.
Revaluation Process
Information on the re-valuation process, including timelines and fees, will also be available on the PSEB website after the result declaration.

PSEB Class 10 Result 2023
The Punjab School Education Board announced the PSEB 10th Result 2023 on May 26, 2023. Students who appeared for the Punjab Class 10th exams were able to check and download their Punjab Board 10th results from the official website at pseb.ac.in starting on May 27 at 8 AM. Gagandeep Kaur from Sant Mohan Das Memorial Sr Secondary School in Faridkot emerged as the PSEB 10th topper 2023 with a perfect score of 650/650 marks.
The pass percentage for 2023 was recorded at 97.54%. Girls outperformed boys, achieving a pass percentage of 98.46% compared to boys’ 96.73%. A total of 2,81,327 students appeared for the Class 10 exams that year. However, the pass percentage was slightly lower (around 2 percent) than the previous year. Pathankot district had the highest pass percentage at 99.19%, while Barnala had the lowest at 95.96%.
