The 2015 film Bajirao Mastani was a huge hit. The film featured Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles, while the film was directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Sanjay Leela Bhansali is known for perfection on the set, who scolds the actors if they don’t get the shot they want. Priyanka Chopra also used to get scolded on the set of the film, due to which she wanted to leave the film. During the promotion of the film Dil Dhadakne Do, Ranveer Singh had told Anupama Chopra that Priyanka Chopra had to face a lot of problems while working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He had told that Priyanka Chopra was badly broken after getting scolded for two-three days in the beginning. Ranveer had said, Miss who knows everything and who is an expert in the art of acting had reached the set of a film. The name of that film is Bajirao Mastani, whose director is Sanjay Leela Bhansali. I think Priyanka was not aware of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s way of working at that time. Further, Ranveer had told that Priyanka Chopra wanted to leave the film on the third day of shooting after being scolded. Obviously, despite being scolded, Priyanka did not leave the film and she was successful in getting along with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Let us tell you that in the film, Priyanka played the role of Kashibai, the first wife of Ranveer Singh who played Bajirao. Priyanka was given the Filmfare and IIFA award for Best Supporting Actress for the film. This was Priyanka and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s second film. First of all, both of them worked together in the film Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ram-Leela. Earlier, Priyanka was going to be the lead actress of this film, however, later Deepika was cast in the film. In such a situation, Sanjay Leela Bhansali cast Priyanka in the title song of the film. Apart from this, Priyanka Chopra has also played the lead role in the film Mary Kom produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
