The total cash recovery from residences of Prasanta Kumar Rout, additional sub-collector of Nabarangpur, by Vigilance has gone up to Rs 3.02 crore. Nabarangpur Additional District Collector Prashant Kumar Raut threw a box of money on the roof of the neighbor’s house in fear of raids. The vigilance team seized it.
