Earlier on May 9 this month, the makers had made another announcement related to the film. The makers had told that Rashmika Mandanna has been cast opposite Salman in the film. The makers had written, ‘We welcome Rashmika in the film ‘Sikander’ opposite Salman. Can’t wait to see the on-screen magic of both of them.’ The film will be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. In this film, Salman and Rashmika will work together for the first time. It will be directed by A.R Murugadoss, who has directed films like ‘Ghajini’ and ‘Holiday’. Sajid Nadiadwala will be its producer. The film will release next year on Eid. Salman has given many hit films with Nadiadwala.
