Juhi Chawla and Shahrukh Khan have worked together in many films. Both are very close friends even today. Recently Juhi Chawla revealed that once Shahrukh Khan was not able to pay the EMI, due to which the company people took away his Gypsy car. After this Shahrukh became very sad. Juhi narrated the whole story in an event of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Juhi told that in those days Shahrukh did not have a house, because he was from Delhi. I do not know who used to cook food for him. But on the set, he used to eat food in the unit’s plate along with the rest of the people. He used to drink the unit’s tea. He used to mingle with everyone on the set and used to laugh and joke. In those days he had a black coloured Gypsy car. At that time he had many films. He was doing ‘Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman’, ‘Dil Aashna Hai’ with me and another film ‘Deewana’ with Divya Bharti. Due to some reason he was not able to pay the EMI of the car or something like this had happened. Because of this, his gypsy was taken away. He came to the set very disappointed. I told him not to worry, one day you will have many cars and he still remembers this because it came true. Today see where he has reached from where.
