The second part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s debut web series ‘Heeramandi’ has been announced. Talking about this in an interview, Bhansali said that it takes a lot of hard work to make a series. Confirming the second part of ‘Heeramandi’ in an interview to Variety, Bhansali said- ‘Since ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ released in February 2022, there has not been a single day when I have taken a break from work. It takes a lot of hard work to make a web series. It is not easy to take up its responsibility.’ Courtesans will be seen dancing for the producers. While giving information about season 2, Bhansali said that in Heeramandi 2, now all the courtesans will come from Lahore to Bombay. Many of them will be seen becoming a part of the film industry of Mumbai and Kolkata. In this way, the journey of the market will remain the same. Earlier they were seen dancing and singing for the Nawabs. Now they will be seen dancing for the producers. We have planned the second season in a similar way. Now we have to see what it is said. Second season announced through flash mob The makers have also shared a video of the announcement of the second season of the series. In this, about a hundred dancers are seen doing a flash mob at Carter Road in Mumbai. The video has been shared by Netflix India and Bhansali Productions on their social media accounts. Actors like Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadda, Sharmin Segal and Fardeen Khan have appeared in ‘Heeramandi’. It streamed on Netflix from May 1.
