NEW DELHI: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has released the timetable for the Class 10 (ICSE) and Class 12 (ISC) Improvement Exams 2024. These exams are for students who wish to improve their scores in one or more subjects from their previous attempt.
ICSE Improvement Exam 2024 Timetable
The ICSE Improvement Exams will be conducted from July 1st to July 12th, 2024.All exams will begin at 11:00 am. Here’s a breakdown of the subject-wise dates, timings, and durations:

Important Note:
1. In addition to the time indicated on the Timetable for writing the paper, 15 minutes time is given for reading the question paper.
2. The question paper may be distributed to candidates at 10:45 a.m. to enable them to start writing at 11 :00 a.m.
ISC Improvement Exam 2024 Timetable
The ISC Improvement Exams will be held from July 1st to July 16th, 2024. Most exams will start at 2:00 pm. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the subject-wise dates, timings, and durations:

Important Note:
1. In addition to the time indicated on the timetable for attempting the paper, 15 minutes time is given for reading the question paper.
2. The Question Papers for the examinations scheduled to begin at 9:00 A.M will be distributed to the candidates at 8:45 A.M.
3. The Question Papers for examinations scheduled to begin at 2:00 P.M. will be distributed to the candidates at I :45 P.M

Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme
The exam pattern and marking scheme for the improvement exams will be the same as the regular ICSE and ISC board exams held earlier in 2024. Students can find detailed information about the syllabus, question paper format, and marking scheme for each subject on the official CISCE website https://www.cisce.org/.
Important Points to Remember
• Students can only appear for improvement in one subject at a time.
• They must register for the improvement exams through their schools by the specified deadline.
• Admit cards will be issued by the schools closer to the exam dates.
• Students must bring their admit cards, a valid ID proof, and the required stationery to the exam hall.
