Educational Qualifications
• For those aspiring to apply for science subjects, the following criteria must be met:
Passed Class 12 or equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, and English, securing a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English.
• Alternatively, candidates can hold a three-year diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics, automobile, computer science, instrumentation technology, or information technology) from a recognized polytechnic institute, with at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English.
• A two-year vocational course with non-vocational subjects such as Physics and Mathematics, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English. If English was not a subject in the vocational course, this requirement applies to the intermediate or matriculation level.
For candidates applying for non-science subjects
• Passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
• Completed a two-year vocational course with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English.
Medical Standards
Applicants must meet the following medical standards:
• Minimum height of 152.5 cm.
• Minimum chest expansion of 5 cm.
