He has also previously played the role of Gandhi in the Gujarati play Mohan no Masalo. Bhamini Oja will play the role of Kasturba Gandhi in this. This series is based on two books by historian and writer Ramchandra Guha, ‘Gandhi Before India’ and ‘Gandhi: The Years that Changed the World’. Shooting is taking place in South Africa, UK and Gujarat. This series will show the story of Gandhi from his childhood till his becoming the Father of the Nation.
