CBSE Class 10 revaluation 2024 application process begins: Direct link to apply, fee details and more


CBSE Class 10 Revaluation 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has initiated the online application process for verification of marks, photocopy of answer books and re-evaluation for CBSE Class 10th exam 2024. The Board announced the CBSE 10th, 12th Result 2024 on May 13, 2024.
Candidates who are not satisfied with their results can now apply for various ways of revaluation on the official website at cbse.gov.in.
Important dates
The verification of marks will take place from May 20 to May 24. The process for obtaining photocopies of evaluated answer books is scheduled for June 4 to June 5. Re-evaluation of answers will be conducted from June 9 to June 10.

How to Apply for CBSE Class 10th Re-evaluation Process 2024

Step 1: Visit the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in.
Step 2: Find and click on the ‘VERIFICATION PROCESS’ section.
Step 3: A new window will open, presenting the application form. Fill in the required details.
Step 4: Follow the provided instructions to complete the form accurately.
Step 5: Click ‘Submit’ and proceed to make the payment for the application fee.
Step 6: Download and save the confirmation page for future reference.

Fee details
The fee for the verification of marks is Rs 500 per subject. To obtain a photocopy of the evaluated answer books, the charge is Rs 500 per answer book. For the re-evaluation of answers, the cost is Rs 100 per question.

Step 1: Apply for Verification
Start the process by applying for verification. In this step, the board will review the total marks and ensure each question is marked correctly. The results of the verification will be published on the board’s website, and your marks might change.

After verification, you can either accept the revised result or request a photocopy of your answer sheets. You can access the photocopies online to review how your answers were marked.
Step 3: Apply for Re-evaluation
If you are still not satisfied with your marks, you can apply for re-evaluation of specific questions. This step requires a fee per question. You can choose to re-evaluate as many questions as you want.
Step 4: Receive Revised Marksheet
Once the re-evaluation process is complete, CBSE will issue a new revised marksheet. You can access this revised marksheet through DigiLocker. A printed copy of the revised marksheet will be available only after you submit your original marksheet.
