BPSC TRE 3.0 Rescheduled: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has officially announced the revised dates for the Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE-3.0). This change follows a directive from the Honourable High Court, which allows guest teachers to participate in the examination. This decision, encapsulated in CWJC No.-2270/2024 dated 29th May 2024, necessitated a revision of the original schedule.
The rescheduling comes in the wake of a previous controversy involving the TRE-3.0 exam. The exam, which was held on 15th March 2024, was cancelled amid allegations of a question paper leak. This incident affected approximately 3.75 lakh aspirants, prompting the BPSC to issue a cancellation notice on 20th March 2024. The subsequent exam, slated for 16th March 2024, was also postponed, with an official notice released on 6th March 2024.
Later, the Commission decided to conduct the BPSC TRE-3.0 exam from 27th to 30th June 2024. However, in light of the High Court’s order on 29th May, the TRE-3.0 exam will now be conducted from 19th to 22nd July 2024. This re-examination will be held across various district headquarters in Bihar. It is important to note that these dates are tentative and subject to alteration due to any unforeseen circumstances, as indicated by the BPSC.

Rescheduling of Head Teacher in Primary Schools Examination
The Commission has announced the rescheduling of the Head Teacher in Primary Schools (Written) Competitive Examination, originally advertised under Advertisement No. 25/2024. Initially slated for 22 June 2024, the exam has been postponed to 29 June 2024. This change was necessitated by the concurrent scheduling of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) examination on the same date, which posed practical difficulties in conducting both examinations simultaneously in the same districts. The BPSC has assured candidates that detailed information regarding this change will be provided on the Commission’s website shortly.
