This bungalow is spread over 2,226 square feet and its built-up area is 2,194 square feet. The actress has also paid stamp duty of 70 lakh rupees on this bungalow worth 14 crores. Apart from this, the actress also paid a registration charge of 30 thousand rupees. The actress got it registered on June 3. The bungalows of Shahrukh, Salman and Rekha are also in the neighborhood. The Carter Road area where Tripti has bought this bungalow has bungalows of many big Bollywood celebs including Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan and Rekha. The bungalow of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt is also in this area. In this way, Tripti has also become a neighbor of her film ‘Animal’ co-actor Ranbir Kapoor.
