Anil Kapoor’s son had replaced Imran: The actor had left the film ‘Thar’ due to depression.
Actor Imran Khan keeps making some revelations related to his past every day. Now in an interview, the actor told that he was going to play the lead role in Anil Kapoor starrer film ‘Thar’. However, later this role was played by Anil Kapoor’s son Harshvardhan Kapoor. Imran told that when he was offered this film, he was suffering from depression and hence he left this film. I was associated with that film in the initial phase: Imran In an interview given to HT, Imran said, ‘I was associated with some films at that time but a time came when I came back from some films. I was in the final stages of a film which was later released with the title ‘Thar’. I was associated with that film in the initial phase. I was struggling with depression then. Later this role was played by Harshvardhan Kapoor. Imran is going to make a comeback soon. On the work front, Imran will soon be seen doing a cameo in the film ‘Happy Patel’. With this comedy film, he will make an acting comeback after 9 years. The film will be produced by his maternal uncle Aamir Khan. Actor Veer Das will direct it. This will be his directorial debut film. Imran was last seen in the film ‘Katti-Batti’ released in 2015.
