Alia Bhatt again became a victim of deepfake: Alia’s face was put on Vamika Gabbi’s video, Rashmika-Kajol’s video also went viral.

Alia Bhatt’s new deepfake video is going viral on social media. In this video, using AI, Alia’s face has been fitted on the video of actress Vamika Gabbi. AI put Alia’s face on Vamika’s video. Vamika had shared this video on her Instagram handle a few days ago. In this video she was seen wearing a red saree. Actually, in this look she had reached the screening of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film ‘Hiramandi’. Someone has tampered with this video and put Alia’s face in it and made it viral. Now with the fake video of Alia coming out, AI technology is once again being criticized. Alia became a victim of deepfake for the second time. Even before this, a deepfake video of Alia Bhatt has surfaced. In that deepfake video, a girl wearing a white and blue floral dress was seen giving a bold pose. Alia’s face has been used so clearly in the video with the help of AI tool that at a glance the girl looks like Alia Bhatt. However, from his action and body posture it can be guessed that the video is fake. Video of Kajol changing clothes also went viral. Some time ago, a video of Kajol went viral, in which she was seen changing clothes. Fact check revealed that it was a deepfake video, which was made by an influencer in June last year. Rashmika’s face was morphed into the influencer’s body. Some time ago, a deepfake video of Rashmika Mandanna also went viral. After the video went viral, many celebs like Amitabh Bachchan, Mrinal Thakur, Nag Chaitanya came out in his support. After some time the matter escalated, the girl Zara Patel was identified, in whose body a deepfake was made using Rashmika’s face. The girl, while giving clarification in this matter, had said that she had no knowledge of her video being misused. Later police investigation started and the accused was arrested. The accused’s argument was that he had made such a video to get views. What is deepfake? Deepfake is, in a way, a fake video, although in this the face, voice or expression is changed so minutely using AI tools that it is difficult to distinguish between real and fake. The cases of deepfake videos have increased with the advent of AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools, because videos can be easily edited through these tools. Firstly, deepfake involves face morphing, through which the face of another person is added to the body of one person. Along with changing the face, a person’s clothes, expression and voice can also be tampered with. This type of technology is mostly used in porn sites. A person’s photographs are converted into nude photos and uploaded to these sites. With the advent of deepfakes, the threat of identity has increased significantly.
