Ahmed Khan spoke on Akshay Kumar’s flop films: He is not affected by failure, he gives his 100 percent
Media reports are claiming that due to the failure of Akshay Kumar’s film ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’, the production company that produced the film had to sell its office. Meanwhile, during an interview, choreographer turned director Ahmed Khan told how Akshay Kumar deals with his failure. Ahmed Khan said- Akshay sir is not affected by success and failure. He never talks about his failures. He only cares about whether he gave his 100 percent in the film or not. He is very punctual. He never comes late for shooting. In the 7 am shift, I get a call at 6.30 that Akshay sir has reached. He never made us wait. If we used to reach late, he never got angry. He also never let us feel that we made us wait. Akshay Kumar does many films in a year. His films are not able to earn at the box office. Ahmed Khan said- People think that Akshay sir does films for money, whereas it is not so. What does he need money for? Working is his passion. He says that do every film as if it is the last film of your career. If we look at Akshay Kumar’s previous releases, his films have not been successful at the box office. The film ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’, made in a budget of 350 crores, also flopped badly at the box office. It is being told that this film has barely earned 59.17 crores. The film’s producer Vasu Bhagnani has sold the office to repay the loan of about 250 crores to the financiers.
