After 4 successful films of Housefull franchise, preparations for its fifth film Housefull 5 have started. Akshay Kumar and Ritesh Deshmukh were cast in the film, after which now Abhishek Bachchan has also come onboard. Recently, the film’s producer Sajid Nadiadwala has made an official announcement on the casting of Abhishek Bachchan. Shooting of the film will start from August. The shooting of the film Housefull 5 is going to start from August in the United Kingdom. On joining the film, Abhishek Bachchan told Filmfare, Housefull is one of my favorite comedy franchises and joining it is like returning home. It is a great experience to be associated with Sajid Nadiadwala. I am eagerly waiting to have fun with Akshay Kumar and Riteish on the sets. I am also excited to work with my close friend Tarun Mansukhani for the second time. Let us tell you that Tarun Mansukhani is directing the film Housefull 5. Before this, he had directed Abhishek Bachchan’s film Dostana. The film Housefull 5 is being produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The film is set to be released on 6 June 2025. Housefull is India’s highest grossing comedy film franchise. Let us tell you that till now 4 successful films of Housefull franchise have been released.
