The deal for this apartment spread over 1,027 square feet was finalized on June 25, for which Aamir has also paid a registration fee of Rs 30 thousand and stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh. Bungalow in Bandra and farmhouse in Panchgani This is not the first time that Aamir has bought property in Bella Vista Apartments. He already has many properties here and in Marina Apartments. Apart from this, the actor has a luxurious bungalow on the seashore in Bandra, which is spread over 5 thousand square feet. In the year 2013, Aamir also bought a farmhouse worth Rs 7 crore in Panchgani. It is spread over two acres. The actor often celebrates holidays there with the family.
